Our Story

About HomeFarm at Undermountain

HomeFarm at Undermountain is a 95-acre historic 1902 nonprofit farm nestled in the Berkshires, dedicated to equine therapy, land preservation, and community connection. For over a century, this Gilded Age farm has been a place of restoration — for the land, the horses, and the people who gather here.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every gathering — like this luminary walk — helps us keep the land open and the community welcomed for generations to come.
